- 2 lb. chicken, small pieces
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 10 to 12 cloves garlic
- 1-inch piece ginger
- 4 to 5 green pepper
- 6 tomatoes
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Fry onion.

2Add chicken, salt, red pepper, cumin and garlic. Cook for 5 minutes.

3Add tomatoes.

4Cook it on medium flame.

5When chicken is cooked, add green pepper.

6Cook for 2 minutes.

7Add fresh coriander on top and serve it hot.
