- 3 to 4 chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 to 2 heads lettuce
- 1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
- 1/4 c. sesame or poppy seed
Directions

1Cook chicken breasts 1/2 to 1 hour and sliver after cooked. Mix chicken, lettuce and onions a couple hours ahead of time.

2Mix in seed, noodles and almonds right before serving.
