Chicken Marsala

- 4 boneless breasts
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 small bottle olive oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1 pkg. fettucine noodles
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 c. favorite wine
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. water
- salt to taste
Directions

1Dip chicken in egg, milk and bread crumbs.

2Brown lightly in olive oil.

3Remove chicken and set aside. Make gravy with flour and butter.

4When bubbly, add wine and water.

5May need to add more water to get to right consistency.

6Squeeze in lemon juice. Add chicken to gravy. Slice lemons on top.

7Add salt and garlic. Cover and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.

8Serve over pasta.
