- 1 lb. chicken (boneless and skinless)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. red and green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 c. ketchup
Directions

1Chop chicken in 1-inch pieces.

2Roll it in flour, salt and pepper mix.

3Brown in oil in skillet.

4In a bowl, put celery, pepper and onion.

5Melt butter in microwave; add butter and ketchup to chopped veggies.

6Put this mixture over top of chicken and simmer 1/2 hour.
