- 4 large or 6 medium chicken breasts, split and deboned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 c. half and half
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
Directions

1Place chicken breasts, skin side up, in an 11 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish (glass is good).

2Combine remaining ingredients (include mushroom liquid).

3Pour over chicken; sprinkle generously with paprika.

4Bake in a moderate 350° oven for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until tender.

5Serve with hot fluffy rice.
