- 4 pieces skinned, boned and split chicken breast (about 1 lb.)
- 3/4 c. plain bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp. dry basil
- 1/4 tsp. dry oregano
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- olive oil
- 1 1/3 c. spaghetti sauce, divided
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Spread a chicken cutlet out flat between 2 pieces of waxed paper.

2Using a mallet or rolling pin, pound cutlet until it's 1/2 inch thick.
