- 6 chicken breast, boneless and skinned
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Flatten each chicken breast with meat mallet to 1/4 inch thickness.

2Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge in flour mixture.

3Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

4Add chicken, cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove chicken and drain on paper towels; add lemon juice and lemon slices to pan dripping.

5Cook until heated.

6Pour lemon mixture over chicken, sprinkle with parsley.
