- 4 boneless chicken breasts, halved and skinned
- 1/4 c. unsifted flour
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 egg
- 3 Tbsp. lemon juice (concentrated)
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Directions

1Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.

2Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.

3Dip chicken into egg mixture, then into flour mixture.

4In a skillet, brown chicken in butter or margarine. Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.

5Add bouillon broth and the 2 remaining tablespoons of lemon juice to skillet.

6Cover skillet and simmer 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.

7Serves 4.
