  • 2 can Veg All, drained
  • 1 1/2 - 2 c. cooked chicken, chopped OR canned chicken
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 soup cans of milk
  • dash of salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • Pillsbury folded pie crust or homemade crust
  • 1 c. broccoli florets (optional)

Directions

    In a 9 x 13 inch dish, mix soups and milk.

    Add Veg All, broccoli, chicken, salt and pepper.

    Mix.

    Microwave on high for 10 to 15 minutes until hot.

    Place pie crust on top.

    Prick crust in several places with a fork to vent.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes until crust is light brown.
