  • 2 Pillsbury pie crusts
  • 1 to 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 can mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 to 1/3 c. milk
  • handful of grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Let pie crusts come to room temperature.

    Press one crust into a deep-dish pie pan.

    Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust.

    Top with another pie crust and fold under.
