Chicken Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts, boiled and shredded fine
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 1/2 stick melted margarine

Directions

    In frypan, mix cream cheese and cooked chicken.

    Melt together.

    Undo the crescent rolls and put a spoonful of chicken on each roll.

    Roll up as usual.

    Roll in melted butter and roll in fine crumbs.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 375° for about 15 minutes or until golden.

    Serve with chicken gravy.

    May be served with any rice dish.

    They freeze well.
