  • 6 c. chopped cooked chicken
  • 1 (6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts (optional)
  • 2 c. slivered almonds
  • 2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. seedless green grapes
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 (24 oz.) can Chinese noodles

Directions

    Combine chicken, water chestnuts, almonds, celery, green onions and grapes in bowl. Add mixture of mayonnaise and lemon juice; mix well. Stir in noodles immediately before serving.
