  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Plain Kefir (or Yogurt)
  • 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Salt And Pepper, to taste
  • 3 whole Chicken Breasts, Shredded (or Two 12 1/2 Oz. Size Cans Of Chicken)
  • 2 stalks Celery, Diced
  • 5 whole Green Onions, Chopped
  • 1/2 cups Grapes, Diced (optional)
  • 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds (optional)

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise, kefir or yogurt, brown sugar, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in a bowl.

    Add chicken and chopped vegetables and stir.

    Cover and let chill for several hours in fridge.
