- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 cup Plain Kefir (or Yogurt)
- 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 3 whole Chicken Breasts, Shredded (or Two 12 1/2 Oz. Size Cans Of Chicken)
- 2 stalks Celery, Diced
- 5 whole Green Onions, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Grapes, Diced (optional)
- 1/4 cups Sliced Almonds (optional)
Directions

1Mix mayonnaise, kefir or yogurt, brown sugar, lemon juice, and salt and pepper in a bowl.

2Add chicken and chopped vegetables and stir.

3Cover and let chill for several hours in fridge.

4Serve over soft rolls, bread, toast, or lettuce.
