  • 3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned & halved lengthwise
  • 6 slices (thin) boiled ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 med. tomato, sliced very thin
  • Dried sage, crushed
  • 1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp. parsley
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
