- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 4 tsp. fresh thyme or 2 tsp. dried
- 4 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 3/4 lb. chicken breasts, cubed 1-inch
- 1 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Combine all ingredients to make a paste except chicken. Marinate meat for 1 hour. Saute 4 to 6 minutes.

2Using 18 small wooden skewers, skewer the chicken, some green peppers (cut into 1-inch pieces), broccoli pieces, mushrooms, pineapple and onion pieces.

3Barbecue or cook in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
