  • 1 whole chicken (fryer size)
  • 2 cans minestrone soup

Directions

    Bake chicken in covered pan with 2 cups water added for about an hour at 350°.

    Pour soup in broth around chicken.

    Bake 1/2 hour more.

    If it doesn't look like there are 2 cups of broth, add a little water.
