  • 3/4 chopped onion
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 3/4 c. bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 tsp. lemon pepper
  • sliced pimentos
  • 1 c. chicken, diced
  • 3 to 4 c. spaghetti, cooked
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • cracker crumbs

    Melt 3 tablespoons oleo in skillet.

    Saute onion, celery, bell pepper and lemon pepper.

    Add flour, chicken broth and milk.
