  • 1 chicken (4 or 5 breasts)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 stick butter

Directions

    Boil chicken with salt, pepper and bay leaf.

    Debone chicken. Melt butter and chop onion.

    Combine and saute.

    Add soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Cut up cheese and add to mixture.

    Stir until cheese melts.

    Add chicken and cooked spaghetti.

    Put in oven, uncovered, until it bubbles.

    Bake at 375°.
