- 1 whole chicken
- 1 can LeSueur peas
- 1 large onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can tomatoes with chilies
- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli pasta
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken and remove meat from bone; save broth.

2Boil vermicelli pasta in broth and drain (don't rinse off).

3Saute onion and green pepper in a little margarine in a large pot on stove on low.

4Cut Velveeta into cubes and melt while stirring constantly.

5Makes delicious dish for 8.
