- 1 stewing chicken, skinned
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1 medium onion
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 clove garlic
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1In a large kettle, cover chicken with water and boil until done.

2Do not drain!!

3Take chicken out and cool until you can handle it and tear into small pieces.

4Save broth!! Put 2 cups chicken broth in a pan and add cheese and melt, then add Ro-Tel tomatoes.

5Cook spaghetti in rest of chicken broth.

6Saute onions, green pepper, mushrooms, small amount of margarine and seasonings.
