  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped (optional)
  • 1 small jar pimento, chopped (optional)
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Directions

    Boil chicken; reserve broth.

    Chop chicken; set aside and boil noodles in broth.

    Salt onion and bell pepper; add Ro-Tel and pimento.

    Cook until bubbling; reduce heat.

    Chop cheese in small pieces; add to Ro-Tel mixture.

    When cheese melts, add chopped chicken.

    Drain noodles and add to Ro-Tel and chicken mixture. Simmer for 15 minutes.
