- 1 large chicken
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 bell peppers, chopped
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 large jar pimentos
- 1 large jar mushrooms
- 1 lb. grated cheese
- 12 oz. pkg. spaghetti
Directions

1Boil chicken until tender; let cool and remove from bone and cut in small pieces.

2In one pint of broth, cook peppers, onions and celery.

3Cook spaghetti in the other broth.

4When this is ready, add cut up chicken and other ingredients.

5Salt and pepper to taste and add garlic salt.

6Put in a large casserole dish and put grated cheese on top.

7This is better to fix and let set overnight.

8Cook at 350° until bubbly.
