  • 2 hens, cooked and cut in bite size pieces
  • 4 large onions, chopped
  • 4 large green peppers, chopped
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 4 Tbsp. cumin seed
  • 2 large cans V-8 juice
  • 2 cans mushroom soup

Directions

    Saute onions, green peppers, celery and garlic in oleo (do not brown).

    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.

    Mix all ingredients together; add remaining ingredients.

    Cook in large casserole dishes at 350° for about 25 to 30 minutes.
