Ingredients

  • 6 whole Drumsticks, Cooked And Meat Cut Off Bone And Cubed, Or You Can Use 3 Chicken Breasts Cooked And Cubed
  • 4 whole Red Potatoes, Large, Cut In Large Pieces
  • 4 whole Carrots, Peeled And Sliced
  • 1/2 pounds Sliced Mushrooms
  • 3 whole Stalks Celery, Sliced Thin
  • 2 whole Bay Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstartch
  • 6 Tablespoons Water

Directions

    Combine all the ingredients (except the cornstarch and water) in the crock pot, turn on low and cook for 5.5 hours.

    Just before serving, mix cornstartch and cold water together and stir into the crock pot mixture to thicken.

    Let cook another 1/2 hour, serve and enjoy with onion drop biscuits or your favorite bread.
