- 1 whole chicken
- 2 carrots
- 3 medium potatoes
- 1/4 c. red and green pepper
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1/2 c. onions
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon
- 1 c. milk
- flour
Directions

1Cook and debone chicken.

2In broth, add dumplings and a few drops of yellow food coloring.

3While chicken cooks, cook the mixture of vegetables, chopped small.

4When vegetables are tender and dumplings are done, add it all together and serve.

5To the chicken bouillon, add 1 cup milk and flour to thicken before you drop in dumplings.
