Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can red salmon, skin and bones removed and flaked
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. onion, grated
  • 1 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix all ingredients.

    Roll in ball or log after first chilling in fridge.

    Roll in chopped pecans and 3 tablespoons of parsley, if desired.

    Serve with crackers.
