  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

    Slice chicken into strips.

    In skillet in 1 tablespoon hot butter, cook half chicken until brown.

    Cook rest of chicken until brown.
