Chicken Stuffed Shells

Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 pkg. jumbo shells, cooked and drained
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing, prepared
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup, prepared with 2 cans water
  • 1 c. mayo
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix chicken, stuffing and mayo.

    Stuff jumbo shells with this mixture.

    Place shells that are stuffed in 9 x 13-inch pan with small amount of soup on bottom of pan to prevent sticking.

    Pour remainder of soup over stuffed shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, covered.

    Remove cover and bake for additional 15 minutes.
