  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 chicken, cut up (trim fat and skin)
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • paprika

Directions

    Place all ingredients (except paprika) in 9 x 13-inch baking dish in order given.

    Sprinkle with paprika.

    Cover with foil and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 325° until chicken is done and water has been absorbed.
