- 1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice
- 1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
- 2 c. frozen diced chicken
- 1 lb. broccoli, chopped
Directions

1Prepare long grain and wild rice according to package while rice is cooking.

2Saute mushrooms, onions and celery in butter until tender, 5 to 7 minutes.

3When rice is done, stir in condensed mushroom soup, diced chicken, broccoli and pepper.

4Add sauteed vegetables and pour into greased casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
