- 4 chicken breasts, halved and skinned
- 4 or 5 slices bacon
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- salt to taste
Directions

1Rinse chicken; pat dry.

2Coat with flour.

3In skillet, cook bacon; drain and crumble.

4In bacon drippings, brown chicken slowly on all sides.

5Transfer chicken to an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Combine honey, mustard, curry powder and salt.

8Drizzle over chicken and bake 15 minutes more.

9Top with crumbled bacon.

10Serve with fluffy rice.
