Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup tomato salsa
  • 1 cup cotija cheese
  • 1/4 cup Mexican crema or sour cream
  • 12 ounces tortilla chips

Directions

    Oven at 325 degrees. Saute diced onion in 2 tablespoons oil. Add green chilies, and tomatoes. Simmer 10-15 minutes, uncovered.

    Place tortilla chips in layers and add sauce.

    Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.

    Sprinkle with cotija cheese and add a dollop of crema (sour cream)
