- 15 tomatillos
- 2 Anaheim chiles
- 1 jalepeno chiles
- 1/2 pasilla chile
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1 small carrot
Directions

1Take off husks of tomatillos.

2Roughly cut onion and carrot.

3Take off stems of chiles

4Boil tomatillos, all chiles, onion, garlic and carrot in stock pot for about 20 minutes

5Using slotted spoon, scoop all boiled ingredients into blender.

6Also, add cilantro to blender.

7Blend on high carefully.

8Steam can cause an exposion in blender.

9I leave mine vented a bit and cover with a towel and slight pressure.

10Salt to taste

11Enjoy with shredded chicken, as a salsa, or use in enchiladas
