  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 ounces tomato paste
  • 1 (20 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • spices
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Brown ground turkey in skillet.

    Add tomatoes, onion, olive oil, tomato paste, kidney beans, honey, and balsamic viinegar.

    Cook in a slow cooker on high for 3 hours.

    Add spices and salt and pepper to taste.
