  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef chuck
  • 1 onion
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 pkg. French's Chili-O mix
  • 4 cans Brooks chili beans (hot)

    Brown meat and onion in frying pan.

    After browning, mix in chili.

    Mix and combine in large pot the beans and tomato soup, adding about 2 cans water, then put in meat and onion.

    Simmer for about 1 hour.
