  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 4 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 c. tomato catsup
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

Directions

    In skillet cook ground beef and onion until done.

    Pour off drippings.

    Add chili powder, catsup, salt and black pepper.

    Mix well and simmer for 15 minutes.

    Can be used for hot dogs, hamburgers or chili beans.
