  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
  • 1 (16 oz.) vegetable or tomato juice
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 3 c. frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
  • 4 c. cooked rice

Directions

    In large saucepan, combine chili, vegetable juice and onions. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.

    Stir in mixed vegetables. Cover.

    Simmer an additional 4 minutes.

    Serve over rice.
