- 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
- 1 (16 oz.) vegetable or tomato juice
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 3 c. frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
- 4 c. cooked rice
Directions

1In large saucepan, combine chili, vegetable juice and onions. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat.

2Stir in mixed vegetables. Cover.

3Simmer an additional 4 minutes.

4Serve over rice.
