  • 2 pounds hamburger lean
  • 1 can chili beans Brooks Hot
  • 12 ounces tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons sauce Worchester
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Directions

    Brown meat with Worchester sauce and a teaspoon garlic salt. Drain fat from meat. Add tomato juice and chili beans and stir. Add brown sugar and chili powder, Stir and reduce heat and allow to simmer. Wait a half hour to an hour to let it blend, then add more chili powder and brown sugar if needed. Simmer for 3 hours.
