- 2 1/4 c. buttermilk or regular Bisquick mix
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2/3 c. sour cream or yogurt
- 1/2 c. (or more) shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2Combine biscuit mix, chili powder and onion powder.

3Add sour cream and cheese.

4Mix until moistened. Knead to form smooth dough, about 10 times on lightly floured board.

5Roll dough to 1/2-inch thickness.

6Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter dipped in flour.

7Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake until golden brown, 12 to 15 minutes.
