  • 1 small chopped bell pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sweet pickle juice (optional)

Directions

    Saute onion and bell pepper in margarine.

    Add ground beef and cook; drain off the fat.
  3. 3
    In a bowl mix together sweet pickle juice (optional), salt and pepper, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and chili beans.

    Pour sauce in pot with ground beef and simmer for 30 minutes.

    May need to add water to make it thinner.
