- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 bell pepper, chunked
- 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes, partially drained
- 1 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. crushed oregano
- 1 tsp. crushed cumin
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. red cayenne pepper
- 1 c. Kahlua
- 1 (1 lb. 11 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
Directions

1In a 4-quart pot, heat oil. Add onions and garlic.

2Saute until soft. Add meat and brown. Add next 10 ingredients and mix well. Add Kahlua.

3Increase heat until mixture simmers.

4Add beans. Simmer partially covered for 45 minutes.
