  • 1 lb. cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. monteray jack cheese
  • 5-4 oz. cans whole green chilies
  • 1-4 oz. can evaporated milk
  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 16 oz. mild picante sauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. flour

Directions

    Line casserole dish with chilies face down.

    Cook meat then put on top of that.

    Next mix flour, milk, and eggs together and pour on top of cheese.

    Bake at 300° for 30 min. then take out and pour picante on top and bake for 15 min. more.

    This can be put together the night before.
