- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
- 1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Mix chilies, onions, salt and sour cream together.

2Layer rice, chili mixture, tomatoes and cheese in 3 layers in casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
