  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 1/2 tsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

    Mix chilies, onions, salt and sour cream together.

    Layer rice, chili mixture, tomatoes and cheese in 3 layers in casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
