Chilies Rellenos Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) can whole chilies
  • 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small can Pet milk
  • 1 lb. grated Monterey Jack
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

Directions

    Arrange chilies on bottom of cake pan.

    Mix cheese and spread on top.

    Mix milk and eggs and pour over cheese.
  4. 4
    Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes. Take out and pour tomato sauce over it. Return to oven for 12 minutes. Serves 6 heartily.
