Ingredients
- 4 mashed ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 12 cup chopped pre-soaked dried fruit (tropical mix)
- 12 cup ground sunflower seeds or 12 cup pumpkin seeds
- 34 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or 34 cup almonds
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 9 ounces nut butter (almond, cashew, brazil)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 tablespoon spirulina powder (or wheatgrass, or barley grass powder)
- coconut, for rolling (optional)
- 6 tablespoons coconut milk powder (or skim milk)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.

2Make into small balls or logs and roll in coconut.

3Chill in the fridge for at least a couple of hours before serving.

4These balls also freeze well.
