- 8 oz. cooked thin spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped fine
- 1 (16 oz.) can La Choy Chinese vegetables, drained
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- onion salt (lots)
- pepper
Directions

1Brown hamburger, onions and celery.

2Drain fat.

3Add Chinese vegetables, tomato soup (no water), soy sauce and spices.

4Mix with spaghetti.

5Place all in a casserole and bake 30 to 45 minutes in 350° oven (cover with foil while baking).

6Do not add any cheese to this dish.
