  • 8 oz. cooked thin spaghetti
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 1 (16 oz.) can La Choy Chinese vegetables, drained
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • onion salt (lots)
  • pepper

Directions

    Brown hamburger, onions and celery.

    Drain fat.

    Add Chinese vegetables, tomato soup (no water), soy sauce and spices.

    Mix with spaghetti.

    Place all in a casserole and bake 30 to 45 minutes in 350° oven (cover with foil while baking).

    Do not add any cheese to this dish.
