- 2 pound Chinese cabbage
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup cubed cooked ham
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1-1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup snow peas or frozen green peas
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch, mixed with 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions

1Cut cabbage lengthwise.

2Fry cabbage in oil; turn often and cook until tender. Add chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes.

3Add ham, mushrooms, salt, and peas.

4Add cornstarch mixture and stir in slowly. Add evaporated milk and butter.

5Serve hot.
