  • 1 c. margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of salt
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Add sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla.

    Add flour; mix well.

    Add pecans and stir into mixture.

    Pour in well-greased cake pan.

    Bake in a 325° oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Test for doneness.

    Cut into squares when cool.
