  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 box brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream together the margarine and sugar.

    Add eggs and flour; mix well.

    Add nuts and vanilla.

    Bake in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased and floured pan at 325° for 45 minutes.

    Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while hot.

    When slightly cooled, cut into squares.
