Deviled Eggs

  • 1 doz. cooled hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/3 c. Miracle Whip or mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. pickle juice
  • 1 tsp. catsup
  • 1/2 tsp. yellow mustard

    Slice each egg lengthwise, and remove egg yolks gently and place in a small bowl.

    Refrigerate egg whites.

    Mash egg yolks with a fork, combine egg yolks with Miracle Whip, pickle juice, catsup and mustard; mix until creamy.

    Fill egg halves with yolk mixture.

    Sprinkle with paprika and chill for at least one hour.
